Job Description SummaryIn this role, you will closely work with customers to understand and define their requirements, develop function implementation of GE Vernova solutions. You will act as the function consultant, as well as individual contributor, on these engagements contributing to software implementations, upgrades, and integration projects ensuring customer satisfaction.The successful candidate will have an accomplished record of success in equipment reliability, maintainability, PM optimization, risk management and building robust maintenance plans based on failure analysis and failure elimination workprocess in Oil & Gas / Power Generation industries.Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesYou will act as an SME for the organization, coordinating cross-organizationally and independently mentoring peers. This role requires deep APM (Asset Performance Management) domain knowledge in oil & gas and power plants industries.In this role, you will :Lead the implementation and function solutions for customers.Work with clients to translate their business needs into functional requirements for an APM solution that will create value for themResponsible for the successful implementation of our GE Vernova APM Health, Strategy and Reliability related products, but also for the whole suite as well in general, in the customer sitesAssist in the analysis, design and development of a roadmap and implementation based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture Document test cases to validate that the client’s requirements have been metCollaborate with solution architects, product managers, and technical consultants to architect a solution that meets the client’s requirementsAnalysis of client data sources, existing systems and identification of process improvements that can be delivered via an integrated approach.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including internal, third party and partners.Support sales of products and services by helping to position solutions in the context of client’s processes, business needs and vertical contextDelivery of functional software user training as well as engineering methodology awareness training as requiredThe candidate must have the ability to analyze the data collected, participate in failure analysis (RCM, FMEA), make recommendations based on the findings and integrate these recommendations into the customers maintenance work management system.Participate in RCM/FMEA sessions and working with customers to successfully implement these recommendations in their work management system.Train the client on work processes, software implementation of the work process and the application of the work processWork with cross­-functional teams as required for the solution and implement processes to ensure best use of GE’s Vernova Products and Services to meet project requirements.Required QualificationsHave a BSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.Proven field experience in industry related to asset management (maintenance, reliability, integrity etc.)Knowledge about the GE Vernova Merdium APM platform would be a plus.Customer facing multiple project management experience is a must.Experience with CMMS Systems like Maximo, SAP-PM or equivalent.Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Excellent presentation skills. Desire to travel up to 75%Eligibility RequirementsEnglish strong oral and written communication skills.Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.Established project management skills. Additional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided: Yes#LI-Remote – This is a remote position
