We are a diverse organization and are looking for bright, passionate and committed professionals who strive to be the best at what they do.</span></p><p><span> </span><span><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p><p><span>In this role you will be working with a team that manages the operations of a global IVR system, assisting with the deployment of applications to AWS and on-premises architectures, across different environments. </span><span>Additional tasks include monitoring the performance and the stability of the IVR environment in all regions, (AMR, EMEIA and JAPAC), and responding to any needs in a timely manner. </span><span>Requires some evening and weekend work, depending on business needs.</span></p><p><span> </span><span><strong>Requirements</strong></span></p><p><span>In addition to excellent communication and client interaction skills you should have experience with:</span></p><ul><li><span>Familiarity with AWS S3, EC2, Auto scaling, CloudFormation and CloudWatch</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with Unix ( MacOS and Linux versions )</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with MySQL commands and syntax</span></li><li><span>Network basics ( nslookup, ping, netcat, traceroute, tcpdump, etc )</span></li><li><span>Coordinate and collaborate well with other team members and external partners</span><span> </span></li></ul><p><span> </span><span><strong>Desired Experience</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Familiarity with Apache Tomcat and Apache HTTP Server</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with Cisco Splunk querying</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with Genesys configuration manager </span></li><li><span>Some understanding of Session Initiation Protocol (SIP)</span></li></ul> </div> </div> <p><strong>To apply:</strong> <a href="https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/ptp-devops-engineer-singapore">https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/ptp-devops-engineer-singapore</a></p>
