We're a boutique luxury crewed yacht charter brokerage operating across the world's most beautiful sailing destinations. Our charters are high-consideration, high-value purchases — typically €20,000–€60,000+ — made by discerning clients who expect a premium, personalised experience from first contact to departure. We're a small, close-knit team and we take serious pride in the relationships we build with both clients and yacht owners.
The role
We're looking for an experienced, self-motivated sales professional to join Above Deck and take genuine ownership of our sales function. We're at a point where we want to bring in someone who can genuinely build up our sales function — not just to work leads, but help us sharpen our cadences, improve how we track and convert enquiries, and build the foundations for a small sales team over time. We've recently employed an agency to increase our paid leads, and we're now looking to build our funnel up to a point that we can expand our team.
You'll work closely with our founders to improve how we sell, how we follow up, and how we track and convert leads. Over time, you'll help us build out the systems and team to scale.
What you'll be doing
— Building and managing outbound outreach cadences across email, phone, and where appropriate, WhatsApp
— Auditing and improving our current follow-up sequences, email templates
— Setting up and maintaining sales tracking: pipeline visibility, lead source attribution, conversion rates, and forecasting
— Working with our CRM (Zoho) to ensure data is clean, contacts are nurtured, and nothing falls through the cracks
— Providing weekly reporting to founders on pipeline health and conversion performance
What we're looking for
— Proven track record in high-ticket or luxury sales (£10k+ transactions)
— Experience building or improving sales cadences and processes
— Comfortable with CRM tools and sales tracking/reporting
— Strong written English — our clients are HNW, our emails must reflect that
— Experience in travel, hospitality, or experiential luxury is a strong plus
— Comfortable working with a small, fast-moving team across time zones
— Familiarity with Zoho CRM, or similar
