We are looking for a developer to build a semi-automated tool that assists in posting job vacancies into Facebook groups using a corporate account/page. ⚠️ This is NOT a fully automated bot. The goal is to create a posting assistant, where automation handles repetitive steps, while the user remains in control of the final publishing action. Core Concept The tool should: Prepare and pre-fill job posts automatically Open Facebook groups one by one Insert text and upload images Bring the post to a “ready-to-publish” state 👉 The final posting action is confirmed manually by the user (semi-automatic mode) KEY FEATURES 1. Job Input Upload or input job listings (text, salary, location, conditions, etc.) Attach images Support multiple text variations (templates) 2. Group Management Input and manage a list of Facebook groups (URLs) Process groups sequentially 3. Posting Flow (Core Logic) For each group, the tool should: Open the group page Detect and open the post creation field Insert job description (randomized from templates) Upload images Scroll/navigate to the publish area 👉 Then: Wait for user confirmation (button click or hotkey) OR allow optional auto-post in simple cases (optional feature) 4. Semi-Automatic Mode (Critical) Manual confirmation before posting is REQUIRED If UI changes or elements are not detected → user can complete manually The tool must never fully block the workflow 5. Anti-Spam & Human-Like Behavior Random delays between actions Variable intervals between groups Rotation of text templates and images Basic rate limiting 6. Logging & Tracking Track processed groups Log status: posted skipped error pending moderation (if detectable) Save basic logs locally (no complex dashboard required) 7. Controls Start / Pause / Stop functionality Skip current group Resume from last processed group 8. Notifications (Optional) Simple Telegram notification when user action is required Technical Requirements Must use browser automation (e.g., Playwright or similar) Should rely on flexible selectors, not fragile CSS classes Prefer detection by: visible text aria-labels roles Important Constraints: Facebook Groups API is deprecated (no official API solution) The tool must be designed to handle UI changes gracefully Must allow manual fallback at any step Avoid over-engineering — simplicity and maintainability are priorities What We DO NOT need: No full automation without user interaction No complex backend or SaaS system No advanced analytics or CRM No multi-account system (for now) GOAL: To build a simple, stable, and repairable semi-automation tool that: saves time on repetitive actions keeps human control remains functional even when Facebook UI changes
