Our clients range from funded startups to enterprise software teams across the US. We offer end-to-end QA services including manual testing, automation, performance testing, and QA consulting. We're growing our US pipeline and need a sharp, confident cold caller to book qualified discovery calls for our sales team. You'll own two things: building targeted prospect lists and getting decision-makers on the phone to book discovery calls. This is a pure outbound cold calling role — no email, no LinkedIn. If you're not comfortable picking up the phone and having real conversations with CTOs, QA Managers, and Engineering VPs, this isn't the right fit. Your Responsibilities 1. Prospect List Building Research and build targeted lists of companies in the US that are likely buyers of QA services (SaaS companies, software product firms, tech-enabled businesses) Identify the right contacts — CTOs, VP Engineering, QA Managers, Heads of Product Maintain a clean, updated list in a shared CRM or spreadsheet with company size, industry, contact info, and notes 2. Cold Calling & Appointment Setting Make 40–60 outbound calls per day to US-based prospects Deliver a concise, natural pitch — no reading from scripts Handle objections confidently and keep conversations moving Book qualified discovery calls directly onto our sales team's calendar Log all call outcomes, notes, and follow-ups in real time Target Personas CTO / VP of Engineering at software product companies KPIs 5–10 qualified discovery calls booked per week Call log updated daily with accurate disposition and notes A growing, well-researched prospect list refined over time based on what's converting Ideal Candidate Proven cold calling experience — B2B services or tech sales preferred Comfortable calling US-based decision-makers (must be available during US business hours) Strong spoken English — clear, professional, and confident on the phone Experience building prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar Familiarity with QA, software development, or IT services is a strong plus Self-starter who tracks their own numbers without being micromanaged This will not just be an hourly compensation. We will also bring in a bonus for per succesful call setup as well. Apply only if you have hunger to grow yourself.
