I am building a high-performance YouTube media operation designed to scale to 100+ channels using AI, automation, and structured systems. This is not a freelance or side role. I am looking for a full-time, long-term operator who wants to help build and scale something serious. System Building + Scaling • Design repeatable workflows for content production • Help build systems to support launching multiple channels • Identify bottlenecks and eliminate them ⸻ 3. YouTube Operations (Can Be Learned) • Assist in launching and managing YouTube channels • Work within a structured content pipeline • Optimize workflows over time ⸻ 4.
