Description: We are looking for an experienced ClickUp expert to help us optimize and scale how we use ClickUp across our company. We are a team of ~10/15 people and already actively using ClickUp for project management. However, we strongly feel that we are not leveraging its full potential and would like to take our setup to the next level. We are looking for someone who can review our current workspace and help us redesign and improve it using best practices. What we need help with: Full audit of our current ClickUp setup (spaces, folders, lists, structure) Recommendations and implementation of best practices Designing scalable project structures Setting up reusable templates (projects, tasks, workflows) Improving task organization and visibility Implementing timelines, dependencies, and planning views properly Advice on how to manage multiple projects efficiently Optimizing workflows for a small but growing team Guidance on how to use ClickUp for both delivery and internal operations Nice to have: Experience with consulting or tech/data teams Experience integrating ClickUp with other tools Ability to suggest automation opportunities How we’d like to work: Start with a review + recommendations session Then move into hands-on implementation together Please include in your proposal: Examples of ClickUp setups you’ve designed or improved Your approach to structuring projects for teams Any templates or frameworks you typically use We are looking for someone practical and experienced who can not only advise but help us implement changes efficiently.
