Job Overview We are a fast-growing cleaning services company (EverClean, based in Riyadh) looking for a senior business-focused consultant to design a complete lead-to-revenue system. ⚠️ Important: This role is NOT about CRM or ERP tool implementation. We already have an internal ERPNext development team. We are looking for someone who can: • Think in business systems • Identify revenue leakage • Design scalable workflows • Build a structured sales engine ⸻ 🎯 Objective Design a complete, end-to-end system that: • Captures leads from all channels • Ensures zero lead loss • Structures customer service and follow-up • Standardizes sales and pricing • Tracks performance across the full pipeline • Enables future feedback loop to marketing channels ⸻ 📊 Current Situation We generate leads from: • Website forms • Google • WhatsApp (direct messages) • Phone calls • Snapchat • Instagram • TikTok Challenges: • Leads are not centralized • Some leads are lost or not followed up • No clear ownership or tracking • Sales depend on individuals, not system • Pricing is inconsistent • Quotations lack structure • No clear conversion visibility • No connection between lead source → revenue outcome ⸻ 🧠 Scope of Work (Phase 1 – System Design & Tracking) 1. Lead Capture & Centralization Strategy • Define how all leads should be: • Captured • Unified • Deduplicated • Define required data per lead: • Source / campaign / channel • Customer details • Design logic for: • Lead ownership • Assignment rules ⸻ 2. Full CRM Workflow Design Design the complete lifecycle: 1. Lead Created 2. Assigned to Customer Service 3. Qualification & Information Collection 4. Appointment Scheduling 5. Assignment to Field Team 6. Site Visit & Assessment 7. Quotation Creation 8. Follow-up Process 9. Conversion (or Lost with reason) 👉 Must include: • Status definitions • Transition rules • SLAs (response time, follow-up timing) ⸻ 3. Customer Service System • Define how agents: • Handle incoming leads • Track conversations • Collect structured data • Prevent: • Missed follow-ups • Lead loss during shift changes • Define inbox / communication logic (system-agnostic) ⸻ 4. Field Visit & Sales Process • Define: • When a lead is assigned to field team • What data must be collected during visit • Standardize: • Visit feedback structure • Data required for quotation ⸻ 5. Pricing Governance Framework (CRITICAL) Design a pricing system based on: • Property type • Size • Condition • Service scope Include: • Standard pricing logic • Rules to avoid random pricing • Approval workflow for exceptions • Strategy to position value vs low-cost competitors ⸻ 6. Quotation Structure Design • Define a standardized quotation format: • Line items • Scope details • Pricing breakdown • Ensure: • Consistency • Professional presentation • Data capture for analysis ⸻ 7. Follow-Up & Conversion System • Define: • Follow-up cadence • Lead statuses (Interested / No Response / Not Now / Lost) • Ensure: • No lead is forgotten • Full pipeline visibility ⸻ 8. Tracking & Data Model (VERY IMPORTANT) Design what needs to be tracked across the system: • Lead source (Google / TikTok / etc.) • Campaign / channel (if available) • Lead stage progression • Conversion rates • Lost reasons • Revenue per lead source 👉 This will later enable: Closed-loop feedback into advertising channels ⸻ 9.
