We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Sales Operations Specialist to support our outbound sales efforts by sourcing, organizing, and importing contact data across our sales tools. This role will focus on leveraging ZoomInfo to identify target contacts, enriching and validating that data, and then properly importing and structuring it within Salesloft (for cadences) and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You should have prior experience working with modern sales engagement and CRM platforms and understand how to maintain clean, structured, and actionable data. Key Responsibilities Source and export targeted contact lists from ZoomInfo Clean, validate, and enrich contact data (emails, titles, company info, etc.) Import contacts into Salesloft and assign them to appropriate cadences/sequences Upload and map data correctly into Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) Ensure proper field mapping, tagging, and segmentation Avoid duplicates and maintain CRM data hygiene Collaborate on targeting criteria (titles, industries, company size, etc.) Requirements Proven experience with: ZoomInfo Salesloft Microsoft Dynamics 365 Strong understanding of outbound sales workflows and cadences Experience with CSV imports, field mapping, and data structuring High attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Nice to Have Experience in B2B SaaS or tech sales environments Familiarity with lead segmentation and ICP targeting Experience setting up or optimizing sales cadences in Salesloft Project Scope Initial project: 1,000+ contacts Ongoing work possible based on performance Flexible hours, but timely delivery is important To Apply Please include: I have access to these tool (ZoomInfo → CRM or Salesloft workflows) just need help setting up the process.
