We are a natural skincare brand based in Canada looking for a Klaviyo expert to help us structure and optimize our email marketing system. We want someone who is highly experienced in building high-converting email flows for Shopify brands. Main tasks: Set up and optimize Klaviyo flows (abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, winback, etc.) Structure customer segmentation Ensure proper tracking and integration with Shopify Implement email automation best practices Nice to have: Experience in skincare / beauty / wellness brands Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing We are not looking for basic email design, but for someone who understands strategy, flows, and performance.
