We’re building a high-performance sales team to drive consistent appointments and close high-ticket deals ($5K–$30K+). ⸻ Role Overview We are looking for a hungry, results-driven sales professional who can: • Start conversations • Book qualified appointments • Close deals (or hand off to closer depending on structure) This role is NOT for order-takers — we want someone who can confidently engage business owners, handle objections, and drive revenue. ⸻ Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Outreach • DM outreach (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) • Cold calling (if applicable) • Follow-up with inbound leads • Prospecting service-based business owners 2. Appointment Setting • Qualify leads using our framework • Book calls directly into calendar • Maintain high show-up rates (confirmations + reminders) 3. Sales / Closing (Optional or Required) • Run discovery calls • Present automation solutions clearly and simply • Close high-ticket offers ($5K–$30K+) 4.
