# About us We’re a small, fast-moving team building Frontitude, a platform that helps product, design, localization, and engineering teams create, manage, and ship consistent UX content across languages, with a strong focus on collaboration, developer handoff, and AI-assisted workflows. # The role We’re looking for a senior software engineer for an ongoing part-time freelance role, roughly 60–80 hours per month, with room to grow over time. This is a hands-on role with end-to-end ownership. We’re looking for someone who is resourceful, accountable, and comfortable taking work from idea to production. A strong fit is someone with a builder mindset who has worked in startup environments and is comfortable diving into unfamiliar areas when needed. You’ll work across our core stack, which includes React, Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, and Postgres. Experience with LLM-related work, such as prompt/eval or shipping AI-powered features, is a plus. # What you’ll do - Take end-to-end ownership of engineering tasks, from understanding requirements to implementation and delivery - Build and ship full-stack product features across frontend and backend - Work comfortably across application code, APIs, data, and production environments - Collaborate in a startup environment where pragmatism, speed, and ownership matter - Contribute high-quality work with strong accountability and clear communication # Must-have qualifications - Comfortable shipping production-quality code, making sound technical decisions, and owning work through deployment and follow-through - Previous experience working in startup environments - Strong hands-on experience with React, Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, and Postgres - Senior-level engineering experience with the ability to work independently - Comfort owning tasks end-to-end with minimal hand-holding - Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to dive into unfamiliar areas - Clear written and verbal communication - Ability to overlap 3–4 hours daily with Israel business hours (Tel Aviv) # Nice to have - Experience shipping AI / LLM-powered features - Familiarity with prompt iteration, evaluation workflows, or LLM product integration --- # Application process Apply by answering a few short screening questions.
