We are looking for a Workflow Automation Expert to integrate the operating ecosystem of an audiovisual production company that leverages Artificial Intelligence. We are a small, remote team handling a high volume of projects, and we need a robust infrastructure to eliminate manual tasks and streamline our creative output. The Ecosystem to Integrate: Notion: As the project management "brain" and CRM. Slack: As the communication and alerts hub. Frame.io: For video review, rough cuts, and visual feedback. Google Drive: As the repository for heavy files and AI-generated assets. Make.com: As the primary orchestrator for all connections and logic. Key Responsibilities (Deliverables): Project Synchronization: Automate the creation of Slack channels and folders in both Google Drive and Frame.io whenever a new project is created in Notion. AI Asset Management: Configure "watchers" in Google Drive so that when an AI tool deposits a render, an enriched notification (with preview) is sent to Slack and the project status is updated in Notion. Feedback Loop: Connect Frame.io comments to specific Slack threads to prevent information silos and ensure editors see feedback instantly. Control Dashboard: Optimize the Notion database to reflect real-time technical progress captured via Make.com scenarios. Technical Requirements: Proven experience with Make.com (formerly Integromat), specifically handling JSON and Webhooks. Advanced mastery of Notion (Relational databases, Rollups, and Formulas). Deep knowledge of Frame.io and Google Drive APIs. Previous experience working with creative agencies or video production houses is highly valued.
