We’re looking for a Technical Video Editor who specializes in editing software-based content - including tutorials, walkthroughs, demos, and product videos. This role is not for general editors. You must be experienced in turning raw screen recordings into clear, structured, and easy-to-follow software videos. Responsibilities - Edit software tutorials and walkthroughs from raw screen recordings - Clean up mistakes, pauses, and unnecessary steps - Add zoom-ins, highlights, and focus effects to guide user attention - Emphasize key UI elements (buttons, menus, workflows) - Sync and polish voiceovers for clarity and pacing - Break down complex processes into simple, digestible visuals - Add text overlays, annotations, and step indicators where needed - Ensure videos feel smooth, structured, and easy to follow Requirements - Proven experience editing software videos, SaaS demos, or technical content (MANDATORY) - Strong understanding of screen recording editing techniques (zoom-ins, focus, UI clarity) - Ability to make technical content feel simple and intuitive - Skilled in tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, Camtasia, ScreenFlow, or similar - Strong sense of pacing for educational/technical content - High attention to detail (cursor movement, clicks, timing all matter) - Good English comprehension for editing spoken instructions Nice to Have - Experience with tools like Camtasia, ScreenFlow, or Loom-style editing - Basic understanding of SaaS, automation tools, or digital workflows - Motion graphics skills for UI callouts or transitions Project Details - Ongoing work (not a one-off project) - Mix of short-form clips and long-form tutorials - Clear guidelines and examples will be provided To Apply Start your application with the phrase "Ready to create" so we know you read the post.
