I have clothing brand that sells almost 100% through Shopify. I need an experienced bookkeeper to reconcile a set of existing bank and credit card statements into proper books (QuickBooks Online). This is catch‑up reconciliation only for a defined period (2025 to present), not a full cleanup/rebuild or tax engagement. Scope of work: - Review and reconcile all transactions from provided statements (RBC business account and credit cards, plus TD credit card) into an accounting file. - Match bank and card transactions to Shopify payouts and fee activity. - Categorize income and expenses using a simple chart of accounts appropriate for a small clothing/ecommerce brand (COGS, shipping, marketing, software, etc.). - Ensure all bank and credit card accounts are fully reconciled to statement balances for the agreed‑upon period. - Provide basic monthly financial reports for the period (P&L and balance sheet).
