I. Project Overview We are a software development company in Southeast Asia delivering custom software solutions for international clients. We are launching an internal AI Productivity Training Series to help our technical teams effectively integrate AI into their daily workflows. We are looking for an experienced AI practitioner or consultant who can deliver practical, role-based training sessions for: • Business Analysts (BA) • Quality Assurance Engineers (QA) • Software Developers • AI / Data teams The focus of the training is practical productivity improvement across the software development lifecycle, not theoretical AI knowledge. II. Training Objectives Help our teams understand how to integrate AI tools into real software delivery workflows, including: For Business Analysts (BA) • Using AI to draft and refine requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • AI-assisted requirement analysis and documentation • Using AI to generate edge cases and business scenarios • AI support for stakeholder communication and documentation. For QA / Test Engineers • AI-assisted test case generation • Creating automated test scripts with AI • AI support for bug analysis and reproduction • AI tools for test coverage improvement For Developers • AI-assisted coding and debugging workflows • Code refactoring and documentation with AI • AI support for unit tests and integration tests • AI tools to improve developer productivity and knowledge search For AI / Data Teams • AI-assisted experimentation and prototyping • Efficient use of LLMs for internal tools • AI workflow integration into engineering environments • Best practices for working with modern AI tools III. Expected Deliverables The consultant will: • Design a structured AI training series tailored for technical roles • Deliver live remote workshops • Provide real examples, demos, and workflows • Share recommended AI tools and prompt strategies • Provide training materials, cheat sheets, or practical guides Each session should be hands-on, practical, and role-specific. IV. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: • Has strong practical experience using AI in software engineering workflows • Has experience training technical teams (engineering, QA, product, etc.) • Is familiar with modern AI tools • Can demonstrate real-world productivity gains from AI adoption Experience working with software development companies or engineering teams is highly preferred. V. Engagement Details • Estimated scope: 3–5 training sessions • Session duration: 60–90 minutes • Audience: technical teams (15- 20 participants per session) • Format: Live remote workshops VI.
