Scope: What You Will Be Responsible For
🔹 1. Subscription System Architecture
Design a scalable structure for:
Monthly recurring revenue
Revenue allocation across entities
Deferred revenue (if applicable)
👉 Goal: Clean, accurate, real-time tracking of subscription revenue
🔹 2. Multi-Entity Financial Flow Design
Design how money moves between entities:
Revenue sharing
Expense allocation
Intercompany loans/transfers
Ensure clear visibility of:
Who owes what
Where money originates
Profitability by entity
🔹 3. Automation & Integration
Automate:
Subscription revenue syncing
Recurring intercompany transactions
Expense allocations
Integrate with:
Bank accounts
Stripe (or other payment processors)
Any required tools
👉 Goal: Reduce manual work as close to zero as possible
🔹 4. System Usability & Reporting
Build a system that is:
Easy to understand
Easy to maintain
Easy to audit
Create:
Clean reporting structures
Clear workflows for ongoing use

Clean and consistent chart of accounts
