Summary Job Description: The Opportunity: I am a Lead Strategist looking for a long-term technical partner to handle the execution and maintenance of our Google Ads ecosystem. I will provide the marketing direction and high-level strategy; I need a "Technical Wizard" to ensure the plumbing is perfect and the data is 100% accurate. If you prove your technical value in the first 30 days, this will transition into a permanent monthly retainer role. Your Mission: Phase 1 (The Clean-up): Audit current tracking, fix all landing page technical errors (404s, redirect loops), and ensure GCLID is correctly captured across all touchpoints. Phase 2 (The Integration): Build a robust data pipeline using GTM (SSGTM preferred) and Make.com/Zapier to push clean lead data from WordPress into our CRM. Phase 3 (Long-Term Management): Ongoing technical monitoring, OCI (Offline Conversion Import) management, and building/maintaining high-level Looker Studio dashboards. Strict Technical Requirements: Zero Fluff: I don't need help with "strategy" or "copywriting." I need you to be an expert in the Google Ads API, GTM, and WordPress backend. Attribution Obsessed: You must understand how to maintain attribution integrity (GCLID persistence) in a complex B2B sales cycle. Automation Pro: You must be proficient in using Make.com (Integromat) or Zapier to handle Webhooks and JSON data mapping between platforms. B2B Execution: Experience in managing low-volume, high-value B2B accounts where conversion quality is more important than click volume.
