You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored for the fashion industry, optimizing our Shopify store, and managing ad campaigns. Job Description: We are an Australian-based women’s fashion business (manufacturer + e-commerce) looking for a hands-on digital marketing expert who can take ownership of our Shopify store growth. This is not just execution — we need someone who understands e-commerce strategy end-to-end and can drive real sales. What You’ll Be Responsible For: Build and execute overall e-commerce growth strategy Improve Shopify store performance (traffic → conversion → retention) SEO (on-page, technical, keyword strategy, collections structure) Run and optimise Facebook / Instagram Ads Manage Google Ads (Search + Shopping) Set up and optimise Google Analytics / tracking / funnels Social media strategy (content direction, not just posting) Recommend tools, automation, and improvements What We’re Looking For: Proven experience with Shopify e-commerce stores Strong understanding of fashion / apparel industry (preferred) Experience managing paid ads with ROI focus Ability to think strategically, not just execute tasks Knows how to scale from low budget to high performance Data-driven mindset (can read numbers and take decisions) Good to have : Experience working with fashion brands (women’s wear / apparel) Experience with Klaviyo / email marketing Experience with conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
