I’m looking for an experienced freelancer to build a fully automated outbound email system for a UK-based commercial services business. We want a simple, scalable system that requires minimal weekly input (just adding new leads). Tools (Open to recommendation): Apollo (lead sourcing) Smartlead (email automation) HubSpot CRM (pipeline) Scope: Set up 3–5 sending domains and multiple email inboxes Configure SPF, DKIM, DMARC correctly for deliverability Connect all inboxes into Smartlead and enable warm-up Create 5 campaigns (I will provide messaging) Set up sending limits and inbox rotation Build Apollo lead searches based on provided criteria Ensure clean lead upload and campaign structure Set up simple HubSpot pipeline Key requirement: Strong experience with cold email deliverability and Smartlead is essential. Goal: A fully working outbound system that can send 500–1,000 emails per week with good inbox placement.
