We are F&B business in Dubai managing multiple outlets and high daily order volumes. Currently, our reporting process is manual and time-consuming (1–2 hours daily). We pull data from multiple sources (Supy, Zoho Books, Excel sheets) and combine it manually to generate reports. We are looking for an Excel expert who can automate this entire workflow using Power Query / advanced Excel tools. ⸻ Scope of Work: You will build a master Excel file that: • Imports data from: • Supy exports (COGS data) • Zoho Books exports (sales/invoices) • Multiple Excel sheets (aggregators, internal tracking) • Cleans and standardizes the data • Combines all sources into a single structured dataset • Generates a clear reporting output including: • Revenue • COGS • Gross profit • Key summaries • Allows one-click refresh (no manual work)
