You will be working alongside a broader team across these brands, so understanding how content, community, and brand all connect is important.

🎯 The Role
We’re hiring a Brand Growth Manager dedicated specifically to Choose Your Attitude.
You will work directly with the founder to:
• Turn ideas into campaigns
• Launch products
• Drive engagement and sales
• Build momentum within the brand
This is a hands-on execution role with ownership.

⚙️ What You’ll Be Doing
🛍️ Shopify & Product Management
• Create and manage product listings in Shopify
• Build and optimize product pages (copy, structure, flow)
• Coordinate product ordering and inventory
• Help bring product ideas to life (concept → live)

📅 Campaigns & Sales Calendar
• Plan and manage product drops and campaigns
• Build and maintain a sales/content calendar
• Align launches with content, email, and ads

📧 Email Marketing
• Build and send email campaigns (Klaviyo or similar)
• Write or coordinate email copy
• Set up flows tied to product drops and promotions

📱 Social Media & Content Support
• Coordinate with content team (designers/editors)
• Help plan and schedule posts (VistaSocial or similar)
• Engage with audience (comments, DMs, interaction)
• Maintain brand voice and consistency

📣 Paid Ads (IMPORTANT)
• Help plan and manage paid campaigns across:
• Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
• Google (Search / Display / YouTube)
• LinkedIn (as applicable)
• Coordinate creatives with content/design team
• Monitor performance and suggest optimizations

🌐 Community & Brand Movement
• Support community engagement tied to the brand
• Help create momentum around launches and messaging
• Turn customers into supporters of the movement

🧠 Systems, Whiteboards & Organization (KEY)
• Build and manage workflows using ClickUp
• Use whiteboard tools (Miro, ClickUp Whiteboards, etc.) to map out:
• Campaigns
• Product launches
• Systems and processes
• Turn ideas into clear, structured execution plans
• Keep tasks, timelines, and team communication organized and visible
• Bring clarity, simplicity, and structure to everything we’re building

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools) to improve workflows
• Help streamline operations and clean up systems
• Continuously improve efficiency

You understand how brands grow.
You can take an idea like:

• A product page

• Execution plan inside ClickUp
You are both creative and highly organized.

🧩 Required Experience
You have experience (or strong understanding) in at least 2–3 of these areas:
• Shopify / e-commerce (preferably apparel)
• Email marketing (Klaviyo or similar)
• Paid ads (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• Social media management
• Campaign planning and execution
• Project management systems (ClickUp, Asana, etc.)
If this is all new to you, this is not the role.
