However, you will collaborate with team members across these brands to: • Keep systems aligned • Share insights and opportunities • Help build a connected ecosystem ⸻ 🎯 The Role We’re hiring a Speaking Growth & Partnerships Manager to help drive: • Speaking opportunities • Strategic partnerships • Coaching client opportunities This is a lead generation + relationship + execution role. You will work directly with me to: • Fill the calendar • Build pipelines • Manage outreach • Support execution before and after events ⸻ ⚙️ What You’ll Be Doing 🎤 Speaking Lead Generation (CORE FOCUS) • Research and identify: • Event planners • Corporate opportunities • Conferences • Local speaking opportunities (especially starting July) • Build targeted lead lists (not generic scraping) • Reverse engineer opportunities from events, companies, and networks ⸻ 📬 Outreach & CRM Management • Execute outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels • Write or adapt outreach messaging (copywriting matters) • Manage and maintain CRM systems (Snov, Gmail, etc.) • Track conversations, follow-ups, and deal flow • Keep pipelines clean, organized, and actionable ⸻ 📞 Communication & Booking Support • Handle initial conversations and qualification (email + calls) • Be comfortable speaking on the phone with clear, professional English • Assist in booking coordination and scheduling • Help move opportunities from conversation → confirmed ⸻ 💼 Speaking Business Support • Assist with preparation and follow-up for speaking engagements • Help turn speaking opportunities into coaching clients • Support backend operations tied to the speaking business ⸻ 📈 Strategy & Growth • Identify new ways to generate leads and partnerships • Support digital marketing efforts related to speaking • Help refine messaging and positioning based on response ⸻ 🧠 Systems, AI & Organization • Use tools like ClickUp, Slack, Gmail, Snov to manage workflows • Keep all systems clean, structured, and up to date • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools) to improve outreach and processes • Help build scalable systems for lead generation and follow-up ⸻ 🌐 Cross-Team Collaboration • Work alongside team members across all three brands • Help keep systems organized and aligned across departments • Communicate clearly to ensure nothing falls through the cracks ⸻ 🧠 Who This Is For You understand how the speaking business actually works.
