Job Description: I am looking for an EzzyBills automation expert to fix a specific data extraction issue with my Xero integration. The Current Setup: We use EzzyBills to automatically extract data from PDF payment requests and sync them as draft bills in Xero. Currently, EzzyBills perfectly extracts; Vendor Name Date & Amount Item Line Descriptions & Unit Prices The Problem: In Xero, we use a custom column for Projects (Tracking Categories). While EzzyBills handles the standard fields, it is not currently mapping the specific project/tracking category for each transaction. We have to manually select the project for every bill after it syncs, which defeats the purpose of the automation. What I Need: Project Mapping: Configure EzzyBills to automatically identify and assign the correct Xero Project/Tracking Category based on the PDF data (e.g., using keywords, department codes, or specific vendor rules). 30-Minute Turnaround: I need someone who knows the EzzyBills "Settings" or "Workflow" tweaks inside and out to solve this quickly so I can begin testing immediately. Future Scalability: We plan to link this same EzzyBills account to additional Xero Organizations soon. I need the solution to be scalable so we can replicate this for multiple companies. Requirements: Proven experience with EzzyBills advanced settings (Header mapping, Tracking Codes, or Workflow rules). Deep understanding of Xero Tracking Categories. Ability to hop on a quick call or screen share to finalize the setup.
