We are looking for a highly skilled GoHighLevel automation specialist to build a simple, reliable backend system for our deal flow.
We work with business owners and need to automate everything from post-call to document collection.
This is NOT a complex build. We want it clean, fast, and done right.
What You’ll Build:
We already generate leads and book calls.
Your job is to automate what happens AFTER the sales call.
Flow:
When we move a deal to “NDA Sent”
Automatically send NDA (DocuSign or PandaDoc)
When NDA is signed:
Create Google Drive folder using business name
Create subfolders (Financials, Tax Returns, etc.)
Send email with upload instructions
Move deal to “Docs Requested”
When documents are uploaded:
Notify us (email/SMS)
Move deal to “Docs Received”
Tools You Must Be Comfortable With:

Zapier or Make
Google Drive automation
DocuSign or PandaDoc integrations
