I’m looking for a true expert in fully automated B2B lead generation systems to work with my agency and help service our clients in a white-label capacity. This is not a one-off build for my internal business. I need someone I can hire as a reliable fulfillment partner to design, build, launch, and maintain custom outbound lead generation systems for agency clients under my brand. You must have real experience building end-to-end B2B outbound systems from scratch that consistently generate 10–20 qualified appointments per month. I am not looking for someone who only knows how to set up tools. I need someone who can fully deliver the service. What this role involves You will be responsible for building and supporting fully automated outbound systems for clients, including: ICP and targeting setup lead sourcing and data enrichment multi-channel outreach architecture automated follow-up sequences AI-powered qualification and nurturing demo booking workflows CRM integration live reporting dashboards campaign optimization and maintenance The systems must be built in a way that is customized for each client, based on their niche, offer, sales process, and target market. White-label requirement This role is white-label. That means you must be able to deliver the full service as part of my agency’s offer, without presenting yourself as a separate brand. I need someone who can operate as backend fulfillment for my clients while maintaining a high standard of execution, communication, and reporting. You should be comfortable delivering all required elements behind the scenes, and when needed, being available for monthly check-ins or strategy reviews related to client performance. What I need built for clients Each client system may include some or all of the following: lead database sourcing Clay or similar enrichment workflows Apollo, Instantly, or similar outbound infrastructure email sequencing and reply handling LinkedIn, Instagram, SMS, or other multi-channel touchpoints AI-assisted personalization qualification logic meeting booking flows dashboard creation ongoing optimizations based on results Preferred tools / stack Experience with tools such as these is strongly preferred: Clay Apollo Instantly.ai n8n Make.com Zapier HubSpot Apify Claude SMS platforms ManyChat Instagram outreach tools LinkedIn automation tools AI voice or follow-up tools such as ElevenLabs You do not need to use every tool listed, but you must know how to choose the right stack and build a reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient system.
