We are a digital health company (Soy ELLA) building a virtual clinic platform for women’s health in Mexico, and we’re looking for a senior HubSpot + API integration specialist to help us connect our product with HubSpot. We already have: - A fully configured HubSpot instance (custom properties, pipelines, workflows) - An internal product (patient portal handling consultations, prescriptions, etc.) - A development team (frontend + backend), but limited experience with HubSpot integrations The goal is to: 1. Design and implement a robust API integration between our platform and HubSpot 2. Ensure key patient events sync correctly (account creation, consultations, transactions, follow-ups, etc.) 3. Enable reliable automation (workflows, WhatsApp communication, pipeline updates) We are NOT looking for strategy-only support. We need someone who can: 1. Define the integration architecture 2. Work closely with our dev team to implement it 3. Validate API calls, data structure, and event tracking 4. Help reduce iteration cycles and move quickly toward a working system Experience required: - Strong experience with HubSpot APIs (Private Apps, webhooks, custom objects) - Experience integrating HubSpot with custom-built products (not just Zapier/no-code) - Ability to collaborate directly with engineers and guide implementation Bonus: - Experience with healthcare or complex user journeys - Experience with WhatsApp integrations inside HubSpot - SPANISH SPEAKING We are a fast-moving team and value clarity, ownership, and execution.
