We seek an A-player to join our team as our Virtual Assistant and vet incoming booked calls for our agency. GROW AI is one of Australia's fastest-growing AI chatbot agencies. We work with some of the leading eCommerce brands in the US, offering a 100% DFY service building Facebook Messenger and Instagram DM AI chatbots for them. We’ve been in Meta’s closed beta programs for Instagram DM automation (before it was released to the public in 2021) and beta testers for Meta’s DM lists on both Messenger and Instagram DM. Role description: As a Sales Virtual Assistant at GROW AI, you’ll be vetting incoming sales calls, update sheets and contacts/pipelines in GHL CRM. What you’ll be doing in your day-to-day: ✅ Vetting incoming calls, publishing notes on each contact, and grading with 1-5 system. Canceling or reaching out via SMS/Email if needed. ✅ Update contacts and pipelines in GHL CRM. ✅ Add EOD call information into Contact and Deal levels ✅ Copy vetting notes and closers call notes into each deal and contact. ✅ Add contacts and deals manually in case of a referral ✅ Keep contacts updated in case of follow-ups, sales, unsubscribing from email list, etc. ✅ Update sales sheets with closer and booking stats. ✅ QA progress vs manual sheets and databox to make sure numbers are accurate and updated. ✅ Vet Unqualified contacts and New Organic Form Submissions ✅ Answer to DMs/Comments on our ads ✅ Be a part of a fast-growing, fun, and empowering team and culture where we encourage you to share new ideas and ways to constantly improve and perform at a higher level Requirements: - Excellent English skills (written and spoken) - You are extremely detail-oriented. - You have high levels of autonomy, self-awareness, self-motivation, and self-organization. - You are someone who follows through with what you say. - Working hours: ⏰Monday: 8pm-3am EST (7 hours) ⏰Tuesday: 8pm-3am EST (7 hours) ⏰Wednesday: [you'll alternate every other week with another one of our VAs] 8pm-3am EST (7 hours) ⏰Saturday:  3am - 3pm  (12 hours) ⏰Sunday: 3am-3pm EST (12 hours) Salary: USD $1,800/mo
