Core Features (MVP): Integrate SMS using Twilio Send incoming messages to OpenAI API AI should: Summarize messages Classify as INFO / ACTION / URGENT Generate a reply Build a simple dashboard to display: Original message AI summary Classification Suggested reply Controlled Automation (Important): The system should support basic automation rules: INFO → optional auto-send (toggle ON/OFF) ACTION → generate draft + notify user URGENT → notify only (no auto-send) The system should be built in a way that allows expanding automation later.
