We are seeking an experienced Salesforce team to support a mid-phase initiative within a large, complex Salesforce environment. This is not a greenfield implementation. The org contains a high volume of existing automation and an established CPQ setup. The focus of this engagement is to rationalize and rebuild automation in a structured, phased approach, followed by Salesforce CPQ optimization. The goal is to improve system stability, performance, and long-term maintainability without introducing unnecessary complexity. Scope of Work - Automation Rationalization & Rebuild - Assess and refactor existing Salesforce Flows - Reduce automation conflicts and technical debt - Design clean, scalable automation architecture - Support safe decommissioning and phased rebuild - Participate in UAT and validation cycles - Salesforce CPQ Optimization - Review and improve CPQ configuration (products, pricing, rules, templates) - Simplify over-customized logic - Align CPQ with real sales processes - Improve governance and quote consistency
