I’m a real estate investor looking for an experienced specialist to fully build out and optimize my REsimpli CRM for outbound lead generation and deal management. You will be responsible for setting up REsimpli from scratch, building workflows, and creating a scalable system for managing both on-market and off-market opportunities (with a focus on seller financing and commercial assets). This role is not just setup — I want someone who can think strategically, build efficient processes, and integrate tools to create a streamlined pipeline. Responsibilities: Full REsimpli setup and optimization Build outbound lead generation system (lists, tagging, tracking, follow-ups) Configure pipelines for acquisitions and deal tracking Set up automations (text, email, follow-up sequences) Integrate REsimpli with tools like GoHighLevel, ClickUp, etc. Create KPI dashboards and reporting Organize data structure for scalable growth Ensure clean workflows from lead → contract → close Ideal Candidate: Proven experience with REsimpli (must have built systems before) Strong understanding of real estate investing (off-market, seller finance, acquisitions) Experience with CRM automation and integrations (Zapier, APIs, etc.) Process-driven and highly organized Able to recommend best practices, not just follow instructions Bonus Skills: GoHighLevel experience ClickUp automation/buildout List stacking / skip tracing knowledge Transaction coordination experience Goal: Build a fully automated, scalable lead generation and deal management system that I can plug into and grow.
