About the Role
• We are looking for a technically deep, execution-focused Marketing Operations Contractor to join their team on a full-time remote basis. This is not a generalist role — we need someone who is genuinely technical, comfortable working directly in systems, and capable of owning complex integrations and data workflows end-to-end.
• You will be a core member of the Marketing Operations team, owning lead enrichment pipelines, administering Pardot and Salesforce, and managing API integrations across our Martech stack. You'll work closely with our onshore team and are expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, diagnosing problems independently, building clean solutions, and communicating proactively without needing to be managed.
What You'll Do
Lead Enrichment & Data Operations
• Own and manage lead enrichment by using Pardot rules, MS Excel formulas and ZoomInfo workflows. Also responsible for the configuration, field mapping, and workflow logic
• Ensure enrichment coverage is comprehensive and data quality standards are consistently enforced across the marketing database
• Proactively monitor enrichment performance, diagnose failures, and resolve data gaps or errors at the source — not just flag them
• Build and maintain data hygiene processes including deduplication, normalization, and field standardization
• Define and enforce data standards and field mapping logic across integrated platforms
Pardot & Salesforce Administration
• Provide hands-on Pardot administration, form builds, landing pages, email templates, list management, Engagement Studio flows, scoring rules, segmentation, and campaign setup
• Support Salesforce campaign creation, lead routing configuration, and data management tasks
• Troubleshoot Pardot and SFDC issues independently — diagnosing root causes, not just escalating symptoms
• Work closely with our onshore Pardot SME and Marketing Ops lead to complete foundational improvements to lead flow and system architecture
• Maintain and improve lead scoring models, segmentation logic, and nurture program structure
• Own the technical side of the lead handoff process — ensuring routing rules are correctly configured, leads are passed to sales accurately, and SLAs are met
API Connections & Integrations
• Own all API connections across the Martech stack, including the LinkedIn integration for campaign tracking and other platform-to-platform connections
• Monitor integration health continuously, proactively identify and resolve errors, sync failures, or data inconsistencies before they become business problems
• Support the technical scoping and setup of new integrations as the stack evolves
• Maintain thorough, up-to-date technical documentation for all integration configurations, authentication methods, field mappings, and data flows
Campaign Setup & Execution Support
• Build and QA campaign assets in Pardot, Engagement Studios, Automation rules, forms, and list segments
• Manage tracking redirects and UTM parameter frameworks to ensure accurate, consistent campaign attribution across channels
• Handle file uploads, list imports, and other operational campaign tasks with precision
• Ensure all campaigns are technically configured correctly and launched on schedule
What We're Looking For
Required
• 4+ years of hands-on Marketing Operations experience, not just tool familiarity, but real system ownership and technical execution
• Strong Pardot administration: you've built complex nurture flows, configured scoring models, managed segmentation, and debugged broken forms and tracking issues yourself
• Solid Salesforce (SFDC) experience: campaign objects, lead routing rules, data management, and reporting; you understand how Pardot and SFDC talk to each other at a technical level
• Hands-on API integration experience: you've configured, monitored, and troubleshot API connections between marketing platforms; you understand authentication, payloads, and error handling
• Lead enrichment platform experience: ZoomInfo strongly preferred; you understand how enrichment workflows are configured, not just what they do
• Deep understanding of the full lead lifecycle, capture, enrichment, scoring, segmentation, and handoff, and the technical systems that support each stage
• Genuinely technical mindset: you're comfortable reading API documentation, writing basic scripts or queries, debugging data issues at the field level, and building process logic from scratch
• Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented approach: you build things that work reliably, not just once
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight: you diagnose, decide, and execute without needing step-by-step direction
• Strong async communication skills: you surface blockers, share progress, and ask precise questions in writing without defaulting to unnecessary meetings
• Available for PST hours three days per week for team meetings and collaboration
Nice to Have
• ZoomInfo Marketing experience: audience building, targeting configuration, and activation workflows
• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics or other web analytics platforms
• HTML/CSS proficiency and experience making web edits in a CMS environment
• Familiarity with A/B testing
• Experience working with US-based teams in a remote, cross-timezone environment
• Background in B2B SaaS or technology company environment - Experience with Jira

• Lead routing and handoff process technically sound and consistently meeting SLAs
• Proactive async communication, blockers and updates surfaced without requiring check-in meetings
• Complete, current technical documentation maintained for all systems, integrations, and workflows
