Gift of Parenthood is a fundraising platform supporting families on fertility journeys. We provide grants, resources, and community to families navigating IVF and reproductive health challenges. We also produce a podcast and run an active grant program that puts money directly in the hands of those who need it most. We are looking for a driven brand partnerships manager to find, pitch, and close sponsorships and partnerships on our behalf. This is a mission-driven opportunity for someone who understands how to connect brands with a deeply engaged, purpose-led audience and gets paid when they deliver. This is a commission only role. No base. No retainer. If you perform, you earn well. WHAT YOU WILL DO: - Research and identify brands aligned with fertility, wellness, family building, and women's health - Build and manage your own outreach pipeline from scratch - Craft compelling pitches tailored to each brand or partner - Own the full cycle from prospecting and outreach through negotiation and close - Coordinate a smooth handoff to our team once a deal is signed IDEAL PARTNERS AND SPONSORS TO TARGET: - Fertility clinics and reproductive health companies - Supplement and wellness brands - Baby and family product companies - Women's health apps and platforms - IVF financing and family building services - Corporate sponsors looking to support cause driven platforms WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - Proven experience finding and closing brand sponsorships, media deals, or B2B partnerships - AI tools are a non-negotiable part of your daily workflow. You use them for research, outreach, and pitch writing as a default, not an afterthought - Self directed and comfortable building a pipeline from scratch - Strong written and verbal communicator whose pitches land - Existing relationships in wellness, fertility, or family building is a strong plus - Someone who is comfortable selling a mission, not just an audience COMPENSATION: - 15 to 20% commission on every closed deal - Deal size ranges from $2,500 for emerging brands to $50,000 or more for corporate sponsors - Earning potential: $750 to $5,000 or more per close - No cap on earnings TO APPLY: Send a brief note on your background in sponsorship or partnership sales, one example of a deal you sourced and closed, which AI tools you use and how, and why this mission resonates with you.
