We're hiring a full-time Scriptwriter who is proficient to help turn our briefs into polished YouTube scripts at scale. You'll be highly coachable, follow SOPs closely, and iterate based on feedback. Training, templates, and prompt frameworks are provided. What You'll Do (Daily Responsibilities) • Follow our step-by-step SOPs for hooks, structure, storytelling, and retention tactics. • Fact-check basic claims, ensure originality (no plagiarism), and format scripts to our template. • Communicate progress, flag blockers early, and submit scripts on rolling deadlines throughout the day. • Maintain tidy documentation (Google Docs/Trello) and track deliverables against daily targets. • Implement feedback rapidly to improve speed and quality over time. Requirements (Must-Have) • Experience writing for YouTube, especially faceless/automation-style channels. • Strong written English: clear, concise, on-brand, and engaging. • Coachable & trainable: you enjoy following SOPs, learning fast, and improving with feedback. • Detail-oriented with strong adherence to deadlines and quality standards. • Reliable internet and availability for full-time, high-volume work. Nice to Have (Bonus Points) • Familiarity with retention-focused scripting (strong hooks, open loops, narrative beats). • Light research ability and comfort fact-checking. • Basic familiarity with Google Docs, Notion, and simple checklists.
