Job Description
We are a real estate investment firm focused on acquiring off-market commercial assets, often with seller financing. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive team member to manage our outbound lead generation efforts and coordinate deals from initial contact through closing.
This role will be responsible for executing and managing daily outreach, maintaining lead pipelines, and ensuring all deals progress smoothly through the transaction process.
Responsibilities
- Manage outbound lead generation including pulling and building targeted property/owner lists (PropStream or similar)
- Execute and manage text, email, and call outreach campaigns (GoHighLevel or similar platform)
- Respond to inbound leads and maintain consistent follow-up with prospects
- Update and manage CRM (REsimpli or similar) including lead statuses, notes, and pipeline stages
- Track all conversations and ensure timely follow-up on every lead
-Qualify leads and escalate high-quality opportunities
- Coordinate transactions from contract to close
- Track key deadlines, contingencies, and deliverables
- Communicate with buyers, sellers, title companies, lenders, and internal team
- Maintain organized deal files and documentation
- Ensure all steps are completed on time and nothing falls through the cracks
-Work within ClickUp (or similar) to manage tasks, timelines, and workflows
Requirements
- Experience in real estate lead generation, acquisitions support, or transaction coordination
- Strong experience with CRM systems (REsimpli, Podio, or similar)
- Experience with GoHighLevel or similar outreach/automation tools
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deals and conversations simultaneously
- Self-starter who can operate independently and take ownership
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with real estate investors (off-market deals preferred)
- Familiarity with seller financing or creative deal structures
- Experience with ClickUp or other project management tools
- Background in transaction coordination or deal management
This is a long-term role with growth potential. You will play a critical role in both generating deal flow and ensuring successful closings.
