We are a marketing agency that sells GoHighLevel subscriptions to our clients, and we are looking for a GoHighLevel expert to manage setup, migrations, automation builds, troubleshooting, and ongoing client requests. This is a freelance role. You will be brought in for client onboarding, technical setup, special projects, and support tickets as needed. We need someone who already knows GoHighLevel inside and out. What you will be doing + Full GoHighLevel account setup for new clients + Migrations from other CRMs into GHL + Building workflows, automations, pipelines, forms, calendars, and triggers + Creating email / SMS sequences (including using ChatGPT to generate copy when needed) + Setting up snapshots + Troubleshooting client issues + Managing support tickets from our internal board + Working with our team in Slack + Helping improve our standard onboarding process + Assisting with special projects and custom builds Requirements + Strong experience with GoHighLevel (must) + Experience building complex workflows and automations + Experience with CRM migrations + Experience with email / SMS sequence setup + Comfortable using ChatGPT or AI tools to generate copy + Organized and responsive + Good English communication Nice to have + Experience working with agencies + Experience with funnels / landing pages + Experience with Zapier / webhooks + Experience with DNS / domains / email setup + Experience with snapshots and white-label setups How we work + We communicate in Slack + Client requests are managed through a ticket board + Work is assigned per project / per task
