ABOUT THIS ROLE We're running a high-volume, AI-powered job search operation that has generated over $3.6M in offers for 120+ professionals at companies like Meta, Netflix, Google, and Airbnb. The system works because it's built on precision in ATS-optimized applications, keyword-researched resumes, and a volume model that produces 10–20 interviews per month. We need an assistant who can own the full execution layer of that system. We handle all opportunities and strategic direction. You handle everything else. MUST HAVE High-volume, AI-powered job search of minimum 1000+ job applications per month. WHAT YOU'LL DO Submit 1000+ job applications per month across LinkedIn Easy Apply, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and direct company portals. Pull 10+ job postings per target title, extract recurring ATS keywords, required tools, and skill descriptors, and feed findings into resume tailoring Use ChatGPT and similar LLMs to integrate keywords naturally into resume drafts Maintain and update LinkedIn profiles to top 5% optimization scoring Track all applications in a pipeline tracker: application → screen → interview → offer Manage calendar coordination between recruiters and our interviewing lead (zero double-bookings) Compile a prep brief for every confirmed interview: company background, role context, likely competency areas, interviewer research Handle all post-interview follow-up communications and recruiter correspondence Submit a brief weekly report: applications submitted, responses received, interviews scheduled, issues flagged YOU'RE THE RIGHT FIT IF You've managed high-volume, repetitive workflows and take accuracy seriously You've been running AI tools (and stay updated on the latest) e.g. ChatGPT, resume optimizers, browser automation extensions You write clean, professional English for recruiter-facing communication You can execute a known playbook without daily hand-holding You've worked with LinkedIn, Indeed, or ZipRecruiter in a research or operational capacity You handle sensitive career and compensation information with discretion This is not a fit if you need task-by-task direction on routine work or treat "submitted" as the same as "done correctly." The Loom should naturally address tools and platforms you use: How you maintain speed without sacrificing accuracy How you organize and track what's been submitted How you handle the volume without things falling through the cracks A short intro (who you are, relevant background) is fine keep it under 60 seconds. The majority of your Loom should be the walkthrough. Proposals without a Loom demonstrating an active workflow won't be reviewed.
