I’m looking for an experienced IT specialist to help fix an urgent issue with Outlook 2019 syncing with Gmail. Outlook is currently not syncing properly and is preventing me from working efficiently. I suspect this may be related to an IMAP configuration issue, Gmail authentication/security settings, or a corrupted Outlook profile. It says my file is full. Scope of work: Diagnose and resolve Outlook ↔ Gmail sync issues. Ensure emails are sent/received correctly and consistently. Verify IMAP/SMTP settings and Gmail security configuration. Repair or recreate the Outlook profile if needed Make sure everything is stable and fully functional going forward. Strong experience with Microsoft Outlook (especially Outlook 2019) Experience with Gmail / Google Workspace integration Familiarity with IMAP, SMTP, and email authentication issues Ability to troubleshoot quickly via remote session (Zoom, TeamViewer, etc.) Timing: This is urgent — I would like this resolved as soon as possible (ideally today). Additional notes: I rely heavily on Outlook for work, so I’m looking for someone efficient, responsive, and experienced who can resolve this quickly and correctly.
