I’m hiring a highly experienced automation expert to build a fully automated B2B outbound lead generation system for IZZY, an influencer marketing agency. This is not a basic VA or campaign management role. I need someone who has already built end-to-end outbound systems from scratch that consistently generate 10–20 qualified appointments per month with minimal manual intervention. The goal is to build a scalable outbound machine that can identify ideal prospects, enrich lead data, launch multi-channel outreach, automate follow-up, track engagement, and book qualified sales calls. What needs to be built The system should be able to: Acquire and enrich thousands of new leads per month once the ICP is defined Run multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, SMS, Instagram, and LinkedIn Create different campaign flows for: cold prospects never contacted before leads who replied leads who engaged and went cold leads who need follow-up or reactivation Automate lead qualification and handoff toward booked appointments Keep tool costs as efficient and affordable as possible Include a live branded dashboard where I can track campaign performance, replies, pipeline activity, and appointment generation in real time Preferred tools / stack Experience with most of the following is strongly preferred: Make.com Instantly.ai Claude SMS platform ManyChat ColdDMs / Instagram cold outreach tools Zapier n8n Apify Clay Apollo ElevenLabs HubSpot Dripify or similar LinkedIn automation tools You do not have to use every single tool listed if you have a better system, but you must know how to architect a full stack that is reliable, scalable, and cost-effective. Non-negotiable requirement You must have prior experience building fully automated B2B lead generation systems from scratch that have produced at least 10–20 qualified appointments per month.
