OVERVIEW We run a lead generation and marketing agency serving UK trades businesses (bathrooms, kitchens, windows). We currently use Power BI to track performance across ~40 active clients — ad spend, CPL, CPA, appointments booked, revenue generated, and more. Our data comes from Meta Ads API, GoHighLevel CRM, and manual inputs. We want to replace and significantly upgrade this setup with an AI-powered analytics platform that lets us query data in plain English, view auto-updating dashboards, and give clients their own portal to see their results in real time. WHAT WE NEED BUILT 1. Data pipeline Consolidate all data sources (Meta Ads API, GoHighLevel, manual inputs) into a single Supabase database. Automated sync on a schedule — no manual updates. 2. AI chat interface Natural language querying of all data using Claude API. Example: "What's our average CPL for bathroom clients this month?" — it queries the database and returns the answer. No SQL knowledge required. 3. Internal dashboards Auto-updating dashboards covering all key metrics across clients — CPL, CPA, leads, appointments, revenue, ad spend. Filterable by client, date range, and vertical. 4. Client-facing portal Individual client logins showing their own data only — appointments booked, leads generated, revenue tracked, ad spend. Replaces our current manual monthly reporting. TECH STACK (PREFERRED) Supabase, n8n, Claude API, Meta Ads API, GoHighLevel API, React or Next.js. Open to alternatives if justified.
