Overview We’re a marketing agency building AI-powered automation systems to streamline marketing, sales, and operations. We’re looking for someone who can build AI agents that actually execute tasks — not just generate text. 👉 Think: digital employees that can plan, decide, and complete workflows end-to-end. What You’ll Do Build AI agents that can: - Plan tasks - Make decisions - Execute workflows autonomously - Develop multi-step AI workflows for: - Lead qualification & follow-ups - CRM updates & pipeline management - Marketing content creation (ads, emails, landing pages) - Campaign execution & reporting Integrate AI with: - CRMs (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.) - APIs, webhooks, databases - Marketing tools and internal systems - Build multi-agent systems where: - Agents collaborate to complete complex tasks Ensure: - Reliability - Error handling - Monitoring Tech Stack (Examples) - LLMs: OpenAI, Claude, Gemini - Frameworks: LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen (or custom setups) - Backend: Python or Node.js - Automation: n8n, Zapier, Make - Databases: SQL / NoSQL / Vector DBs (Pinecone, etc.) What We’re Looking For - Experience building real AI workflows (not just prompts) - Ability to design systems with: - Memory - Tool usage - Multi-step reasoning - Strong integration skills (APIs, webhooks, external tools) - Experience connecting AI to business systems (CRM, marketing tools) Nice to Have - Experience with marketing workflows (lead gen, nurturing, campaigns) - Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRMs - Experience with multi-agent collaboration systems - Experience shipping production-ready AI systems Example Projects You Might Work On - AI agent that qualifies leads → enriches data → updates CRM - Multi-agent system that creates + reviews + publishes marketing content - AI workflow that handles inbound leads automatically - Automated reporting pulling data from multiple marketing platforms How We Evaluate Candidates ⚠️ Please include: - 1–3 examples of AI systems or agents you’ve built - Short explanation of: Architecture, Tools used and What the system actually does 👉 Bonus if you include: - GitHub - Loom walkthrough - Live demo Important ❌ Not a fit if you don’t have real implementations Engagement - Start with a paid test project - Potential for long-term collaboration
