Our platform sits at the intersection of a large demand for accessible legal services, and leverages technology and user-centered product design to connect consumers with our network of “Access Attorneys” across the country. We are currently expanding several client-facing digital experiences and are seeking a UX/UI Designer to help design and optimize user interfaces, workflows, and intelligent product interactions. Role Overview We are looking for a high-level UX/UI designer who is comfortable designing complex product experiences and working within environments that incorporate automation, AI-assisted workflows, and intelligent systems. This is a project-based role focused on designing client-facing interfaces and user journeys across web platforms and internal tools. The designer will work closely with leadership, product, and engineering to translate high-level product objectives into intuitive, scalable user experiences. Because many of our initiatives are still in active development, the ability to think systemically and design without rigid specifications is critical. What You’ll Work On - Designing client-facing interfaces and portals - Creating intuitive workflows for multi-step service processes - Translating complex systems into simple, user-centered experiences - Developing wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs - Contributing to scalable design systems and interface standards - Designing experiences that interact with automation, AI tools, and intelligent workflows - Collaborating with product, engineering, and leadership teams to refine concepts and ship clean designs What We’re Looking For - Proven experience designing UX/UI for digital platforms, SaaS products, or service marketplaces - Strong portfolio demonstrating clear UX thinking and clean, modern UI - Experience designing client portals, dashboards, or workflow-based platform - Comfort working in environments that involve AI tools, automation, or agentic systems - Ability to translate complex operational systems into intuitive user experiences - Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems - Strong ability to think independently and propose solutions Ideal Experience - Designing products that integrate AI tools, automation layers, or intelligent decision systems - Experience with multi-sided platforms or service marketplaces - Experience designing workflow-driven applications - Exposure to legal tech, fintech, or service-based platforms Engagement Details - Contract / project-based engagement - Remote - Flexible collaboration - Potential for additional work as new product initiatives launch How to Apply Please include: - Portfolio of relevant UX/UI work - Brief description of your experience designing complex platforms or intelligent systems - Availability for project work
