About the Project: I'm a real estate investor/agent looking to automate my MLS listing entry process using OpenClaw. I want an AI agent that can read a scanned listing document and automatically enter the data into Flexmls and/or Paragon — the same way a human assistant would. What I Need Built: A workflow that reads a scanned listing document (PDF or image) and extracts key fields — address, price, beds, baths, square footage, lot size, property type, description, etc. The agent logs into Flexmls and/or Paragon on a dedicated second computer It navigates to "Add Listing" and fills in all fields based on the extracted data Before submitting, it sends me a screenshot via Telegram for approval On my approval, it completes the submission I will provide: A screen recording (Loom) of me doing a complete MLS entry from start to finish in both systems Sample listing documents to test against Login credentials to a test account Ideal Candidate: Has prior OpenClaw experience and has built computer-use workflows before Familiar with MLS systems (Flexmls/Paragon experience is a big plus) Can set this up on a dedicated Mac Mini or PC (hardware already purchased) Can connect the agent to Telegram for mobile approval/communication Understands prompt injection risks and can sandbox the setup securely Bonus Points If You Can Also: Set up the OpenClaw Heartbeat feature to run checks every 30 minutes Build a second workflow for document scanning and filing Budget: Open to proposals — please include examples of similar automation workflows you've built.
