We are seeking a developer to create a workflow that manages an email inbox for real estate broker offers. The solution should allow agents to easily accept, decline, or request more information regarding offers. It must be able to deal with follow ups on brokers - either because there was a response OR because 2+ days passed without an answer. Additionally, it should route messages to a human agent when they are ready to proceed. This project requires integration with outlook, sharepoint/excel, allow rules customization (real estate standards) and keep a log of agent's decisions as well as keeping real estate info in a spreadsheet.
