I’m looking for someone who can build out a fully integrated and automated project management system inside ClickUp for my real estate investment business. This is not a basic setup role — I need someone who understands how to design and implement systems that connect deal flow, tasks, communications, and deadlines into one centralized platform. The goal is to eliminate manual work and create a streamlined operating system that manages deals from intake through closing.
The right person should be experienced in automation and integrations, specifically using tools like Zapier or Make, and should be able to connect platforms like Outlook and my CRM into ClickUp. I want workflows where new deals automatically generate projects, tasks are created with deadlines, and key events trigger alerts or updates. This person should be able to think through processes logically and build efficient, scalable workflows that can grow with the business.
I’m also looking for someone who can take ownership of the system, identify inefficiencies, and improve how everything runs over time. Strong communication is important, as well as the ability to move quickly and execute without needing constant direction. Ideally, you’ve built similar systems before and can bring ideas and recommendations, not just follow instructions.
