I am seeking a skilled Community Architect to design and implement a multi-level hierarchy member community across 3 platforms (Circle, Kit, and ScoreApp) for our brand. My ideal candidate will have experience in community building, particularly for brands with an established audience on platforms like YouTube. I need someone who can architect and build the full system, not just set up a basic community. This is a build project, not a community management role. When you're done, I'll have a fully functional, documented system I can run and grow. The three platforms connect natively (ScoreApp → Kit → Circle), so no third-party automation tools like Zapier or Make are needed. Your role will involve creating an engaging environment that fosters interaction and growth among members. Strong organizational and technical skills are essential to ensure seamless integration and functionality across all platforms. What You'll Build 1. Circle (Community Platform): *Multi-level space hierarchy with gated access tied to member tier *Member level permissions, space visibility, and group logic *Onboarding flows, welcome automations, and gamification (points, badges, leaderboard) some of which has been created *Five content bucket structure which is already created 2. Kit (Email Automation): *Tag and segment architecture that maps to three member personas (Curious Explorer, Planning & Transitioning, Optimizing) *Automated sequences for onboarding, nurture, and re-engagement *Broadcast logic and list management that supports ongoing content strategy 3. ScoreApp (Retirement Readiness Assessment) *Configure a five-stage scored assessment *Map score outcomes to Kit tags for persona-based routing into Circle 4. Integration & Documentation *Configure and validate the native ScoreApp → Kit → Circle data flow *End-to-end testing of the member journey from quiz completion through community access *Full handoff documentation so I can maintain and build on the system after you're done The Architecture Is Already Designed You won't be starting from scratch. I've already built out: *A three-persona member framework with defined characteristics *Five content buckets with supporting articles and content libraries *A five-stage readiness progression framework *Community guidelines, some of the onboarding flows, and some of the member journey maps *Tier structure and ideas for naming Your job is to build the technical infrastructure that brings this design to life.
