We offer AI-based solutions that help businesses capture and convert more leads from their existing website traffic using chatbots and automated follow-ups. This is a performance-focused role. Your responsibility is prospecting, outreach, and booking meetings. This is not a data scraping or list-building job. - Responsibilities • Identify and target decision-makers (owners/founders) in service-based businesses (home services, local businesses, etc.) • Send connection requests and follow-up messages daily • Use provided scripts with light personalization (no spam or bulk messaging) • Handle replies and guide conversations toward booking a call • Book qualified meetings on our calendar • Maintain and update a tracking sheet (Google Sheets) - Service Being Offered You will be promoting a simple, clear offer: • AI chatbot installation for websites • Automated lead capture and follow-up systems • Basic workflow automation to improve response time and conversions - Daily Expectations • 20–40 new connection requests per day • Consistent follow-ups with prospects • Daily progress updates - Definition of a Qualified Lead A lead will only be counted if: • They are a decision-maker (owner/founder/manager) • They fit the target industry and location • They show genuine interest in improving their lead generation • They agree to a scheduled call No payment will be made for unqualified leads, generic replies, or uninterested prospects. - Compensation • Performance-based: payment per qualified meeting booked • Bonus potential based on closed deals • Long-term opportunity if results are consistent - Rules • No spam or unsafe automation tools • No copy-paste bulk messaging • Must follow targeting criteria and scripts • Outreach must remain within safe LinkedIn limits - Ideal Candidate • Experience with LinkedIn outreach or B2B lead generation • Strong written English with a natural tone • Understands how to engage business owners • Consistent and reliable in daily activity • Able to handle conversations and move toward booking calls - To Apply Include the following: 1.
