I run a fast-growing real estate investment company and am looking for a high-level Virtual Assistant to support operations, deal flow, and system building. This role includes managing deals from intake through closing, helping with transaction coordination, and keeping everything organized across multiple moving parts. You will also help build outbound lead generation processes, track and manage inbound leads, and maintain consistent follow-up. In addition, I need someone who can assist in building and automating workflows inside ClickUp, integrating tools like my CRM and email, and helping reduce manual work across the business. This is not a basic admin role. I am looking for someone who can think in systems, identify inefficiencies, and help improve how the business runs as we scale. Strong organization, communication, and the ability to move quickly are critical. Experience in real estate, project management tools, or automation is preferred. This can start part-time with the opportunity to grow into a long-term role.
