I run a fast-growing real estate investment company focused on acquiring commercial assets, often with seller financing, and I’m looking for a high-level Virtual Assistant to take ownership of building and managing our lead generation and deal flow systems. This role will have significant autonomy and responsibility in helping build a consistent pipeline of deals. You will be responsible for building our lead generation system in a real estate platform of your choice, sourcing both on-market and off-market opportunities, and creating targeted outreach lists to brokers and property owners. You will also manage inbound leads, maintain follow-ups, and support transaction coordination from deal intake through closing. In addition, you will help integrate your systems with ClickUp and assist in automating workflows across our CRM, email, and project management tools to reduce manual work and improve efficiency. The goal is to create a scalable, organized system that continuously generates and tracks opportunities. This is not a basic admin role. I am looking for someone who can think independently, build processes, and take ownership of outcomes. Strong organization, communication, and experience in real estate, lead generation, or acquisitions support are highly preferred. This role can start part-time with the opportunity to grow into a long-term position.
