We’re hiring a part-time Sales Research & Outreach Specialist (20 hours/week) to help us build a targeted prospect list of marketing and communications agencies, and support high-touch sales outreach for The Brand Mind — a brand compliance platform that helps agencies check ads, flyers, brochures, and other creative assets against their clients’ brand guidelines in under a minute.
This is not a generic lead gen role. You’ll be researching real agencies, verifying they meet our ideal customer profile, and helping us deliver personalized outreach that shows each prospect exactly how our platform works — using their own brand.
What You’ll Do
• Pull and filter prospect lists from Apollo.io (marketing/advertising agencies, 5–200 employees, verified emails, decision-maker titles)
• Cross-reference agencies on Clutch.co and agency websites to verify they have 15+ active clients
• Verify contacts on LinkedIn — confirm the person is still at the agency and holds a decision-making role (Owner, Founder, CEO, Creative Director, VP, etc.)
• Load qualified contacts into Go High Level (GHL) with accurate tags, notes, and pipeline stages
• Support high-touch demo prep: pull a public-facing creative asset (ad, social post, flyer) from each top prospect’s website or social media for us to run through The Brand Mind
• Record or assemble short personalized Loom videos (~60 seconds) walking through the compliance check results for each high-touch prospect
• Manage and update the GHL pipeline — log call notes, move prospects through stages, flag warm leads
• Monitor and maintain automated low-touch email sequences in GHL for broader outreach
Who You Are
• Experienced with B2B lead research and list building (Apollo.io experience is a strong plus)
• Comfortable navigating LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clutch.co, and agency websites for research
• Familiar with CRM/pipeline management tools (Go High Level, HubSpot, or similar)
• Detail-oriented — you don’t just pull names, you verify they’re the right fit
• Strong written English — you’ll be drafting outreach notes and tagging contacts with context
• Self-directed and organized — you can manage your 20 hours/week without constant supervision
• Bonus: experience with Loom, cold email outreach, or SaaS sales support
